Both include handwritten annotations. The business manager's copy contains a copver sheet and a three page summary of the stage directions and programme.

Scope and Contents This is an eight-page typescript of a previously unknown story from the early 1920s, written by Nancy Cunard. This short, well-written piece is the only fiction Cunard is known to have written, and is set in Paris in the beginning of the 1920s. It relates the unravelling of a relationship between the narrator and Leo, a ‘casual loitering adventurer’, told from a self-aware female perspective. Scope and Contents This is a bound typescript of "The Wallace", a theatre play written by Sydney Goodsir Smith. The present copy is copy no. 1 and is dated 24 June 1959; it was presented by Sydney Goodsir Smith to his father. It is inscribed in the hand of the publisher: "Sir Sydney Goodsir Smith with the Compliments of S. G. Smith, R.L.C. Lorimer & Oliver Boyd Ltd." On the back of the title plage there is a printed note that reads: "this typescript is the property of S. G. Smith and supersedes all...
