"IQ 73 has a dull, sullen temper. Illegitimate? Lives with grandfather who is a porter on the railway. Older sister in the Sanitorium. Dr only knows this boy was kicked out of the cinema the other night. TB in family - one sister died from it? Grandfather has it. No Public Assistance, clean house. Nurse confirms: Not overcrowded, fairly clean. Condemned house. 4 rooms."
