Scope and Contents "This man served in the Middle East and contracted dysentery severely. Eventually invalided home with a pension of 8/-. He has not been well but was able to work until about two weeks ago when he became paralysed - has lost the use of his limbs and can only say yes or no. He is very excitable and easily upset. [Male informant] has arranged for him to have a PA pension of 21/-. Dr confirms - this man had a congenital aneurysm. He is better but will never be able to work. Always suffered from...
