Song entitled 'Suiridh Nighean Righ Eirinn' beginning 'Is cailin thus is buachaill mise, Chailin oig nach stiuir thu mi'. The song is composed of eighty-seven lines, arranged into a five line chorus and eighty two lines of verse, which have been annotated by Carmichael in ink.

Scope and Contents Story entitled 'An t-Og Chraobh' collected from Alasdair Mac Neil [Alexander MacNeil], fisherman and crofter, Ceanntangvall, Barra [Ceanntangabhal/Kentangaval, Barraigh/Isle of Barra] written on 13 February 1866. Folios 10r to 11v contain text written transversely over the main text and starts from folio 11v.
