Carswell's daughter [Cristiane] was married to [Dougall] Campbell of Inverawe, whose brother, Iain Dubh nan Creach, invited her son and heir [Archibald Campbell] to take part in a Christmas Day hunt in Cruachan [Earra GhĂ idheal/Argyllshire].
