Note of a bird sighting collected from Mal[colm] Macaulay at Allt Barra [Barraigh/Isle of Barra]. The bird is described as 'Body pure white size of a Buna bhuachaille' [great northern diver] and it was seen in the spring of 1870 and 1871.
