"This woman is funny ? defective? "family have an obvious element of mental deficiency". Two daughters - both look defective. Two rooms, passably clean. Nurse says this woman is a wee bit simple; mentally not very bright. Her married daughter looks peculiar."

Housing: good, not overcrowded, harmonious."
