Scope and Contents Cockerell states that the New Mexico Normal University will be employing Professor Bradley's horse skull measurements, although he has reservations about them. Cockerell points to the importance of the length of the muzzle anterior to the premolars, and that of the molar-premolar series. In order to continue his experiments he states it will be necessary to go out on the plains to gather horse skulls and to visit museums to measure the skulls there.
