Scope and Contents Biographical notes on Aulay MacAulay and Tormod Clèireach [Norman MacIver], telling how Aulay MacAulay died in 1760 and that he was the son of Fear Bhreinish [Dugald MacAulay, Brenish, Eilean Leòdhais/Isle of Lewis]. There is a note of a daughter who left at fifteen years old although it is not clear if it is Dugald or Aulay's daughter. Aulay is noted as having three daughters.
