Municipal Hospital: extension to existing nurses home, 1938
Copy of an architectural plan (60cm x 78cm) of a planned extension to Willesden Municipal Hospital's nurses home. The is only 1 sheet showing the plans at 1 inch to 8 feet. The architect was the borough engineer, F Wayman Brown and the draftsman Percy Johnson-Marshall.
Note entitled 'Wolves', c1892
Note entitled 'Wolves' stating that there was a hospital in Flixton, Folkton, Yorkshire [Sasainn/England] 'to preserve travellers from being devoured by the wolves and other wild beasts of the district.' This was said to be in the time of Athelstane and Carmichael adds a reminder to 'See Leprosey (sic)'. Text has been scored through in pencil.
