Scope and Contents Two stories from the Battle of Culloden collected from Donald MacColl, [foxhunter, Glencreran, Earra GhĂ idheal/Argyllshire], about his grandfather, Duncan MacColl who fought with James Stewart of Fasnacloich. The first story tells how James was wounded and that a 'side ball' [bullet] carried away the sheath of his dagger from its hilt.
