He reports that he has talked with the commercial agent of Australia House about the possibility of the Prime Minister visiting the universities of Aberdeen and Edinburgh. He complains about the pastoralists and departments of agriculture in Australia not knowing of the work that is going on and so being unable to co-operate or adapt to their special conditions.
