Correspondence, handwritten notes, chart, and typed discharge note relating to male from Scotland (outside Edinburgh and the Lothians) aged 22 at first examination in 1954. Conditions mentioned include: headache; head injury; diplopia; facial pain; damage to the optic nerve; and post-traumatic neuritis. No treatment given. Patient discharged.
