"This old lady is melancholy, lies in bed for days for no cause. She lives with two brothers, one is blind and one simple. They were farming people, have plenty of money but have no idea of comfort. They need someone to look after them but cannot find anyone. Miserly, has not eaten a dinner for 20 years just lies in bed. Will go a fortnight without washing her face."
