Typed correspondence, notes, postmortem reports and photograph relating to male patient from Scotland (outside Edinburgh and the Lothians) aged 44 at first examination in 1953. Conditions mentioned include: subarachnoid haemorrhage; aneurysm; headache; vomiting; hypertensive hypertrophy; and brochopneumonia. No treatment given. Patient died in hospital.
