Typed case summary, notes and correspondence relating to female patient from Scotland (outside Edinburgh and the Lothians) aged 49 at first examination in 1944. Conditions mentioned include: vertiginous attack; head injury; headache; dizziness; hearing problems; vision problems; inner ear inflammation; and uterine bleeding. Surgical treatment given. Patient discharged.
