"Diagnosis: Paraphrenia. Parents dead. Mother died in childbirth. Patient was quite agitated and lost weight becuase he worried over a delusional system which he developed. Believed that his "mate" was spreading rumours about him wherever he went. The rumours were largely concerning his personal habits - mainly his habit of masturbation. Shows no insight whatsoever. Also appeared to be subject to auditory hallucinations."
