"This boy was out of control at home, never out of mischief; he is not in an approved school. He has benefitted very much from his stay there. Council house, not very clean. Family relationships were harmonious before the war, now indifferent. NSSPCC were interested as mother left the children to go out to dances. Dr confirms this boy was out of hand. Decent family but they don't pay their bills."
