Cecil writes that he is returning the typewritten copy which Ewart had corrected. He states that he believes his copy is going to the Duchess of Sutherland who is involved with the Congested Districts Board. Frieda Cecil's uncle is much interested in the Glendale and Kilmuir Congested Districts Board estates and will be travelling up with the Cecils to see them in September.
