Carbon dust drawing showing the back of a head and a section of the brain at the base of the skull. posterior view of the cranium with craniotomy performed over the cerebellum. Drawing depicts foraminal impaction; the cerebellar tonsils are shown to have herniated through the foramen magnum. Clinically this known as downward cerebellar herniation or 'coning' in modern medicine. This is often fatal. The file also contains fragments from the folder that orignally held the material.
