"This man is obsessional, was lately very worried because the numbers in his school had fallen and he knew he would be moved. Had a haematemesis, also pains and indigestion. Dr says all of hysterical origin. Over solicitous intelligent man. Wife recently had a miscarriage. Seen by PSW - excellent informant but very meticulous; most intelligent and cultured man. Living conditions very good. Harmonious."
