1/16" scale copy floor plans (70cm x 85cm) for the original Heriot-Watt College building on Chambers Street in Edinburgh, by the Heriot-Watt University Works Department. Sheets are numbered 1-7, corresponding to floors A-F.
Joint Advisory Committee on Engineering curriculum with Heriot-Watt College Minute Book, 1901-1913
Includes letters and reports looking at the division of engineering teaching between the University of Edinburgh and Heriot-Watt College. Those present at meetings included Arthur Pillans Laurie, Alexander Crum Brown, James Gordon MacGregor, and James Geikie.

Notes of lectures by George Lees, taken down by Thomas Millar
One volume of notes taken down by Thomas Millar, who lived at 9 Inverleith Row, Edinburgh, on lectures on natural philosophy given by George Lees. There is note reading: 'George Lees appears in the Edinburgh Post Office Directory 1840/1, as Lecturer in Natural Philosopgy at the School of Arts, Adam Square'. This schhol was the Edinburgh School of Arts, later known as the Watt Institution and School of Arts, which had moved to Adam Square in 1837.
