Incomplete printed Hebrew Bible [Old Testamant], belonging to Andrew Melville (1545-1622), Principal of St Mary's College, St Andrews University.The two volumes cover Psalms, Proverbs, Daniel, the "five Megilloth", Job, Ezra, Chronicles, and Joshua - Kings.
Both volumes are quarto, and were rebound in January 1984 with quarterbound leather. The bookplate of Principal Rainy is on the right end board of each.They bear the signature 'Andreas Meluius' on...
