Biography
Elizabeth Roussoudana Talbot Rice was born on 10 June 1931. She was the daughter of David Talbot Rice and Tamara Abelson. She died on 5 May 2017 at age 85.
She graduated from Edinburgh University, Edinburgh, Midlothian, ScotlandG, in 1951 with a Master of Arts (M.A.). She gained the rank of Captain in the Women's Royal Army Corps (Territorial Army). She was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.) in 1965.
