Scope and Contents
This sub-series consists of 5 files containing correspondence between K.G.H Dyke and Martin Rivers Pollock, dated 1964-1972. Dyke was an Australian post-doctoral researcher studying staphylococcal penicillinase. He joined Pollock's team at the National Institute of Medical Research (NMIR), Mill Hill, London in 1964. Dyke subsequently moved to the Public Health Laboratory Service, Colindale, London, and then worked under J. Mandelstam in Oxford. He was appointed to a Lecturership in Microbiology at Oxford in 1968.
