Contains seven texts, all in the same hand.
ff. 1r-7v: the beginning of the 'Decretum Gratiani,' by Gratian
ff. 8r-53r: 'Summa introductoria' by Bonaguida de Arezzo
ff. 53v-54r : A shortened English Kalendar (not Sarum)
ff. 56r-67v: 'Practica sive usus dictaminis' by Lawrence of Aquileia
ff. 68r-88v: Book VIII of 'Durandi Rationale Divinorum Officiorum' by Guillaume Durand
ff. 90r-103r: 'Speculum ecclesiae' by Cardinal Hugo de Sancto Caro [Hugh of St. Cher]
ff. 104r- 109r: A shortened version of 'Constitutiones Clementinae' by Pope Clement V
A good, uniform 14th century Gothic hand. The book has been a good deal soiled by use in parts.
Includes very good filigree initials and rubrics.

Custodial History
An English manuscript. The Kalendar in its shortened form is English, but not apparently Sarum. Besides most of the usual Sarum saints there are the following: March, Saint Chad, praesul; April, Saint Guthlac; June , Saint Etheldreda; October, Saint Frideswide. There area good many 17th century additions throughout, but no marks of ownership.
