This part of the manuscript contains the Speculum Peccatorum or Speculum Peccatoris (The Mirror of Sinners or The Mirror of the Sinner), a short religious treatise on confessional and moral topics. The author and the date of composition of this text are unknown, and it has been wrongly attributed to Augustine of Hippo and Bernard of Clairvaux.

The text starts on f. 107 with the following words: Hic incipit Speculum Peccatorum. Quoniam karissime in hujus vita vie fugientes sumus. And ends on f. 117v with the following words: novissima tua prudenter providebis. Explicit speculum peccatorum.
