Ff. 90r-95v contains a section of the general constitutions, or 'Rule', of the Friars Minor (also known as the Order of Saint Francis of Assisi), taken from the 1316 version. Ff. 61-88 of MS 151 also contain this 1316 text. This copy, on ff. 90-95 contains only ten of the twelve chapters of the constitutions, while the copy on the earlier folios (ff. 61-88) has twelve chapters.

The text begins on f. 90r with the words In nomine domini Amen. Anno ejusdem mcccxvi" Kl. Sept. infrascripte constitutiones privileges fucrunr de beneplacito et assensu fratris thome ministri romani. The first chapter, De religiousis ingressu begins on the same folio, f. 88r.

Chapter X of the Rule ends on f. 95v, with the words ad habitacula mulierum reclusarum religiose viventium per[?] confionibus[?] et praedicationibus
