This section of the manuscript contains the treatise De Veritate by Anselm of Canterbury (1033/4-1109). Anslem was a very influential and prolific writer of philosophical and theological treatises and dialogues. He was a monk, abbot, held the position of Archbishop of Canterbury, and is considered a Saint and a Doctor of the Church. De Veritate (On Truth) is an important work of medieval philosophy on the concept of correctness. It treats problems of epistemology, linguistics, and logic.

Capitula: the title on f. 163v reads: Incipiunt Capitula. List of chapters on ff. 163v-164r.
Text: the title on f. 164r reads: Incipit tractatus Anselmi archiepiscopi de veritate. The text starts on f. 164r with the following words: Discipulus. Quum domini veritatem esse credimus. And ends on f. 173v with the following words: tunc eius dicitur veritas vel rectitudo.
