Correspondence with Victor Lord Rothschild, 1946-1958

Rothschild was Chairman of the Agricultural Research Council from 1948 to 1958, therefore much of the correspondence concerns various related issues of research and other professional matters. The material also includes a copy of a typescript report from 1949 concerning the policy for artificial insemination centres, based on work done by A. Robertson and J.M Rendel at the Animal Breeding and Genetics Research Organisation on the implications of artificial insemination for the breeding of dairy cattle.
