Lecture titled 'Mac Mhaighistir Alastair', Late 19th or early 20th century
Scope and Contents
This appears to be a script for a lecture, conducted by Mackinnon himself. There is no date on the document, so we cannot be certain when the lecture was held. The content of the lecture is about the Gaelic poet, Alexander MacDonald, known in Gaelic as Alastair Mac Mhaighistir Alastair. Unusually for Mackinnon's lectures, this lectures appears to have been conducted in Gaelic.

Physical Description
The pages are in good condition, though seems to be a little deterioration to some pages and the top edges. The ink is unfaded, and the handwriting is very clear. There is no binding, so the document is held together by modern string. The pages are an unusual colour, and unusually big, for Mackinnon's work.
