This section contains the Regiam Majestatem, the earliest surviving work giving a comprehensive digest of the Law of Scotland. In this manuscript, it starts on f. 8r with the words Hie trahit ad lumen antiqua statuta volumen.

Part Three starts on f. 53r and contains 47 titles.
