Scope and Contents

INTVEEs believe their daughter at Gillespies is getting a better education than their children at Trinity and Granton. They believe social behaviour is influenced more by the home. Male INTVEE did six years of night school and does not think children should have to do that, he is quoted as saying, "they should have all opportunities given to them within the full education system". He believes education is about enabling you to feel secure, earn good money and have some choice in what you do. He thinks apprenticeships are on their way out as automation takes over and electronics is where the jobs are. He hopes his daughter goes to university and studies for a science degree.
