Scope and Contents
Excerpt from Edinburgh Municipal and Police (Amendment) Act, 1891, s.77, stating that:
'nothing within this Act shall affect the provisions of the Anatomy Acts of 1832 and 1871 and that the bodies of all deceased persons unclaimed by relatives shall be buried according to provisions of the Act unless contrary direction be given by the Inspector appointed under the said Acts.'
