Scope and Contents
Edinburgh model from the south-east. It is possible that this model was the first exhibit in the "Outline of a Survey of Edinburgh" in the 1911 "Cities and Town Planning Exhibition". If so, it was made by Paul Reclus (1858-1941) in true relief, i.e horizontal and vertical scales the same, showing various aspects of the city. Handwritten title on the original envelope containing the corresponding glass plate negatives was written by Alasdair Geddes.
