Scope and Contents

The National Council for Animals' Welfare Week was founded in 1922 for the purpose of instituting an Annual Welfare Week, during which efforts would be made throughout the country to draw attention to the facts of our relationship to animals and the responsibilities we have towards them.

These are annual reports for those Animal Welfare Weeks, as follows.
