A letter, from the RSPCA, about putting an end to exporting old or injured horses out of the UK. The RSPCA argues that the transportation is unnecessarly cruel and proposes centres in the UK being set up for horses to retire to and be slaughtered. The letter is dated July 1914 and is address to the Secretary of British Animal Products Ltd.
