Scope and Contents
Handwritten notes, written on headed paper belonging to The Council of Justice to Animals, of which Netta Ivory was secretary. The notes state the contents of a proposed Bill to support animal welfare in slaughter houses with suggestions such as the stunning of animals before being bled, and workers being qualified to handle electronic equipment to reduce suffering.
