Leaflet issued at the Commonwealth Institute on the occasion of the return to Malawi of John Moir's African chief's stool, gave the words spoken by Miss Maitland Moir (John Moir's daughter), when she gave it to Professor Emeritus George Shepperson, now Chairman of the Scottish Committee of the Commonwealth Institute.
