This folder also include's Wrottesley's copy, sent to Lyell of the 'perposed' 'Report for the Parliamentary Committee of the British Association for the Advancement of Science on the question Whether any measures could be adopted by the Government or Parliament that would improve the position of Science or its Cultivators in this Country', .
