A series of statements and accounts:

  1. An Account of Poultry payable by the tennants [sic] of the Estate of Kinnordy. Lists farms and tenants and numbers of hens at 8d and 6d, 1785
  2. Calculation of funds, August, CL [17]86, Lists Annuities, India stock, bonds, Mansfield & Co, Heritable bond to Alex. Farquharson and sum due to Dr. Ogilvie.
  3. Statement listing [?] Servants wages, Gardners [sic Gardeners], and on the reverse, an account of coals, hay, corn and malkt bought, 1786
  4. Wrapping paper marked 'rather curios to glance over sums p[ai]d servants etc., and the enclosed 'Establishment Servants' lists the names of employees, their post, and wages, November 1797
  5. Public Burdens payable by Mr. Lyell, out of the Estate of Kinnordy. Includes Kirriemuir Stipend, Tannadice College of St. Andrews, Lentrathen [sic Lintrathen], Oathlaw, Glenisla, Minister's and School's stipend, feu duties and to whom payable as well as Cess, Rogue and Bridge monies, 1795
  6. Abstract of the Rental for crops 1797 and a part of crop 1798. List includes wages, with named individuals and roles, work done, sums due.
  7. Memorandum of debts, 1798
  8. Printed advert, listing goods for sale by Henry Prichard, Brush Makers and Turner, Newgate Street, London, and on reverse, hand written sales account for Mr Mudie, 3 May 1799
