Biographical / Historical
R. E. Muirhead founded the Scottish Home Rule Association and later the Scottish Secretariat. His aimed to promote Scottish Home Rule through publishing books, pamphlets and ephemera on the subject. He was a supporter and a friend of Hugh MacDiarmid until he died in 1964.
