  1. A letter from H.N. Green (Professor of Pathology) send on 3 June 1948, expressing that the department was impressed with his application and interview requesting another discussion with Kennedy before the final decision on his appointment is made
  2. A letter from A.H. Robinson (Secretary to Professor Green) on 24 May 1948, inviting Kennedy to an interview
  3. A letter from A.W. Chapman (Registrar) to Gilbert Young Kennedy, sent on 13 July 1948 informing that the University Council has appointed him as Research Worker in the Department of Pathology, outlining his salary, and requesting a formal letter of acceptance.
  4. Attached to the previous letter is the original job posting for a Research Assistant for Cancer Research, dated April 1948
  5. A letter from A.W. Chapman (Registrar) to Gilbert Young Kennedy about his re-appointment as Cancer Research Assistant, sent on 20 February 1951
  6. A letter from A.W. Chapman (Registrar) to Gilbert Young Kennedy about his re-appointment as Cancer Research Assistant, sent on 21 February 1950.
