A collection of papers and correspondence relating to the publication history of Whither Scotland?, edited by Duncan Glen, from the archives of its publisher Victor Gollancz. A small quantity of typed and holograph contracts, correspondence and associated materials, between and concerning Duncan Glen, his publisher, and other interested parties. Includes 23 ALS and Typed Letters Signed (TLS) from Duncan Glen, and TLS from Tony Benn, Jo Grimond and contributor Norman Buchan.

Condition Description
Various sizes and dates, the whole housed in a manila folder. Some wear and toning consistent with material's age, but overall well preserved. Re-foldered (original folder kept), metal pins removed.

Purchased in May 2020 at the same time as accessions SC-Acc-2020-0087 (Coll-2006), SC-Acc-2020-0088 (Coll-2007), and SC-Acc-2020-0089 (Coll-2008). Passed to the National Library of Scotland for assessment. Sent back to CRC in July 2021.
