Large bound volumes giving, for each patient, number, name, address, age, numbers of previous pregnancies, dates of admission and delivery. Also presentation, position, sex, weight and condition of baby on delivery. Including condition of mother and baby after delivery, by whom delivered, and any complications or treatment given, whether booked, whether full term or premature birth.
