Large bound volumes giving, for each patient, number, name, address, age, numbers of previous pregnancies, dates of admission and delivery. Also presentation, position, sex, weight and condition of baby on delivery. Including condition of mother and baby after delivery, by whom delivered, and any complications or treatment given, whether booked, whether full term or premature birth.

Scope and Contents Two notebooks which primarily contain notes on the topic of obstetrics, written by D.F. Oliver during his time at the R(D)SVS from which he graduated from in 1942. The blue notebook contains one insert on oestrogens and at the back of the book are notes on the causes, symptoms and treatment of various fowl infections.
