A cover letter is provided introducing the minutes of the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Topics discussed include: the election of office bearers; the co-ordinator and the treasurer's report;, the number of telephone duties required by each member; a proposal for a new 24 hour information line; and future projects including publicity, fundraising, a new procedure for absences, and smoking in the telephone room.
Also attached is a questionnaire relating to future training.
