Topics discussed include: feedback on a visit to the Edinburgh Gay, Lesbian and Bisexual Forum; an update on the Scottish Switchboard Association (SSA); a Lesbian Line update; a Co-ordinator's report which covered the launch of Gay Men's Health, a request to provide a stall at Pride Scotland, assertiveness training, and Switchboard's work in the Borders; a new Treasurer; a training report including a request for training from Forth Friend, and the training schedule for new members; membership update including the resignation of the Treasurer; an update on the company status; advertising; and social groups.

Also included is correspondence regarding the resignation of the Treasurer, and a letter from Scottish Television (STV) providing information on their 'Scottish Women' programme on the subject of 'parents of gays and lesbians'.
