Correspondence received and sent by the Edinburgh Gay Switchboard Befriending Team, mainly comprising letters received from service users seeking advice, and replies from Befrienders.
Other topics discussed include: resignations and requests for breaks from duties from members; request for speakers at external events; and the installation of a MINICOM V for Switchboard telephones (informing the Edinburgh Deaf Association).
