Three diaries of Rev. James Aitchison entitled "Notes of My Life", from his childhood to 1925. Aitchison was born in Glasgow in 1846, and was the Minister of Erskine, in Falkirk, for 50 years. The volumes also contain many enclosures such as letters, newspaper clippings, leaflets, photographs etc. relating to Aitchison (including some relating to his death added later) and to events taking place at Erskine Church.
